I was very pleased with my overall experience using TJK plumbing. I had Josh S. come out to take a look at installing a battery backup sump pump, as well as replacing the shutoff valve for an exterior faucet. After taking a look, he also quoted to optionally replace the primary pump and the exterior faucet itself. I'm glad he did, in retrospect it seemed like a good idea to do so given their age and it was nice to take care of everything all at once. He came prepared with the tools to install everything the same day he quoted. The work looks great, and he was meticulous in cleaning up the work area and being respectful to my home (also giving my cat some much needed petting :)). He was very friendly. I also appreciated he took the time to run me through the installed systems, so I knew how to winterize them correctly in the fall. I mentioned the exterior adapter for my sump pump line was also super shady, so he ended up replacing that for me as well. Price is probably a bit on the higher end (which is expected/in line for marketed companies), but still fair that you know you're not getting ripped off like some small places might occasionally try. And the work comes warrantied too. He spent like 7-8 hours working on everything, with most of the work being done in a crawl space, so overall I was happy with the price for the amount of work performed. Will plan to use them again!

TJK Plumbing did a great job of replacing our toilet on a Saturday! We had used them for our kitchen and bathroom sinks when we moved in, and they had done a great job of those. Our toilet started to leak around the base on Friday night, and I emailed TJK using their online form. Early Saturday morning I got an email back from them asking for more details and saying they could send a plumber as early as that morning or afternoon. The plumber, Matt J, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and transparent with us upon checking everything, and gave us multiple quotes. He was able to replace our toilet with a new one of our choice, which he went out and purchased for us, and we love the work he did. Overall we are very happy with TJK Plumbing and would highly recommend them!

When my shower broke, I called TJK on a Sunday, not expecting anyone to be able to come until a few days later, but to my delight, the company sent a team out that day, and I had a working shower by evening. I took advantage of the discounts available by grouping work and had a new water softener and laundry sink installed. I also had two drains cleaned. Every single plumber I worked with was amazing: Adam, Brian, Benson, Josh, and Dakota. All were incredibly friendly, explained things well, easy to work with, and did high quality work. This is the second time I've used TJK Plumbing, and they are the company I share with all my friends whenever someone asks, "Anyone know a good plumber?" The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Everyone, from the people who answer the phones to the guys who have spent hours in my house, is a delight. I highly recommend this company if you need a plumber.

Josh was absolutely wonderful in helping us day of a plumbing need! We had a leak in our basement pipes when we turned on the outdoor spigot & he was able to replace both front & back outdoor spigots & our plumbing in the basement! Very courteous, clean, and professional throughout. We trust TJK every time for our plumbing needs!

I had worked with some other plumbing companies before, but found TJK via BBB. Scheduling was super easy, I had scheduled a visit for a Monday and the Friday before called me with some availability. Josh the tech was friendly, informative and I appreciated that he wasn’t like a typical pushy sales type. They were able to fix my issue that same day, and showed me instructions and left them on my invoice. Could it recommend TJK enough!
