The 2 installation techs did an outstanding job, and answered all the questions I had. The installation techs took their time it was an all day install and I started to feel bad on how long it was taking them. At the end of the job they walked me through the new furnace and a/c unit how to adjust the whole home humidifier in the winter. They cleaned up inside and out. These 2 guys are amazing

I self installed a very nice Mutsubishi Mini Split system, and thought I did everything right; however, it just would not cool. The 1/4" line was frosting up and it was acting like it had low refrigerant. I called 4 seasons, and while their first technician (Germar) turned me away and told me that they don't work on customer installed units (he apparently went back and called his supervisor to make sure, and told me they said no), after following up with customer service they told me that they COULD indeed send someone out who specialized in these units, and Julio arrived later that day. Julio was incredible, he explained everything that he was doing and discovered that the system was actually acting like there was a pretty major restriction. Before taking the line set apart, he decided to open up the outdoor unit. To our surprise, the Expansion Valve had been completely removed from the original location. It was clear that this unit was tampered with/scavenged for parts by a previous customer and returned back to the distributor. Julio reinstalled the EV, and my system was up and running. While I was initially frustrated about being turned away, I am grateful that 4 seasons decided to change their mind and work on a unit that I self installed. I am not a hack, just a homeowner trying to save some money. I cannot recommend them enough, specifically Julio. I am installing 2 more of these units units (and more next year) and 4 seasons will be my go-to in servicing them for years to come. Cannot recommend them enough, and I hope that they consider embracing working alongside customers who self install as long as it's done right.

Hi,after being without central air for approximately 10yrs.7/23/25 Finally had a complete Lennox hvac system installed. 💯 % Satisfied and very happy I chose 4 Seasons! Especially 10yr warranty parts/labor. It was a 2 day job,Jonathan and Max stayed very late and did it in one day! Amazing guys!! Today 7/29/25 also had 4 Seasons perform whole house duct cleaning. Nelson, a very clean, peasant, respectful young man did an amazing job! Showed me before and after pics and WOW!! He even took the time to hand wash all vents. Both times, left everything clean as if no one ever came over! Hats off to 4 Season!!😃

The installers did a great job. It was a big job. Took 10.5 hours. (I would have thought the company would have planned better their arrival, they arrived at 11 am. They finished at 9:30 pm). I liked how they split up, one took care of replacing the old AC unit while the other did the same with the heater. Then they finished together. The heater is working great! Love the warranty!

Called four seasons for an AC tune up and while Miguel was here he also installed a Nest thermostat I received as a gift, compared to the old one we had this is a big improvement. He did a great job, and as a new homeowner he explained everything easily!!! Much appreciated 👍🏻
