Riley came by the house to repair a leaking water main. It was urgent as we were leaving for vacation in 3 days. And he did an amazing job repairing our water main leak. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I held the umbrella for shade! See pics. The job was done exceptionally well. Just had my water softener and reverse osmosis installed and it’s night and day the improvement. Manuel installed our system and he was amazing and professional. You can go wrong with going with a company that hires people like him. Thank you.

My day got off to a really bad start when I found water running out of the bottom of my water heater. It got a whole lot better after I called Parker & Sons. Dennis Supernaw was at my house within 2 hours and we decided it was time to upgrade to a tankless water heater. I also had a mixed bag of other plumbing issues and he said they could take care of all of them. Two hours later the crew showed up. Evan Straus jumped on the tankless installation. He's truly a plumbing artist. I'm an engineer and pretty particular and the work he did was exceptional. Alex Terhune jumped on the 4 hose bibs, washer shutoff, and house shutoff valves. He produces some of the cleanest sweat joints I've ever seen. Then he jumped in to help Evan. They were a great team and completed everything by 9 PM. Amazing dedication in a hot Arizona garage! I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the work they did and it was a pleasure spending the day with them.

I was a bit worried that Parker and Sons was just marketing hype but they lived up to it. Super easy to schedule, very responsive, and the plumbers are awesome! Alayna came out and got our water shut off back in working order quickly. Not to mention it looks great. We're excited to see if the other trades live up to the plumbers!

From the phone call to schedule, to sales expert Mike Salerno all the way through install with Santino and Russ, Parker & Sons was exceptional. Professional, courteous, efficient and great cleanup.
