I simply can not say enough good things about my experience with Paul Bunyan Plumbing and Drains. I was given multiple options for my water heater replacement - covering the highest end option, to the most affordable, with no up-sale pressure to buy the "best option", just solid advice backed with obvious knowledge and an understanding that finances sometimes dictate the choice. They were on time for the inspection and estimate, they were on time for the actual replacement. Nate and Colton were professional, nice, efficient, much faster than I expected . . . just REALLY GOOD guys, and a good/honest company. I HIGHLY recommend them! We needed help with a shower and ultimately decided to join a service plan that allows for quarterly check ups for our home. This involves plumbing and heating and reduces some costs due to the membership, plus a terrific reduction on the trip charge. Our technician, Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful to us! We look forward to continuing this great service! Our contact time from call to service was next day service, less than 24 hours. Great work guys! Plus I’ve received a quote on other items that we are considering to complete in the near term.

We needed 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and shower fixtures replaced. Bob Welch caught our call. When he came in he evaluated the work, received our OK to start and immediately went to work. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. The attention to detail Bob put into his work went above and beyond expectations. The sinks and shower fixtures took us into extra innings. Bob made certain we knew that he would return early the next morning, came in ready to continue, and finished with the same high quality professional capabilities as when he started the day before. Great experience. Tim was very helpful, kind, and transparent. We got our water heater replaced very quickly and they helped fix other things that were needed to sell our house. I have to say I have never really had the best experience with any previous plumbing companies. My first time using Paul Bunyan plumbing and drains was absolutely amazing! Thanks to Matt, Dustin, and Nat I will absolutely use this company for all my plumbing needs in the future! They were highly professional, proficient, and knowledgeable at their careers.
