I have never been so disappointed after spending so much money with Dean’s Plumbing. My home is in the middle of a war zone remodel — walls open, floors torn up — and I was relying on their expertise and guidance to help me through it. We had a contract. That contract was a promise. They came in, did the drains, and then abandoned me. No waterlines, no completion, no accountability. Just a battlefield of dust and debris left behind, and me scrambling to find another plumber in the middle of the fight. We even tried to get them back on the project, to hold them to their word, but they flat-out refused, even after the city said they are clear to work in the house/ have permission to continue the work, they refused. Now we’re forced to dish out even more money for another plumbing company to finish what they left undone. It honestly feels like we’ve been robbed — paying once for work that wasn’t finished, and paying again just to make our home livable. They boast about supporting the military, yet when things got tough, they abandoned a soldier in the middle of a battle. That’s not support. That’s betrayal. Every day I walk through my home and see the wreckage they left, I feel the weight of that broken promise. Renovating is already overwhelming — but being deserted mid-battle, after signing a 18k contract, feels like a robbery in broad daylight. If they could abandon me in the middle of a battle, they could abandon you too. Think twice before trusting them with your home.

Our air conditioner went out over the July 4 week. Dean’s was the first to respond and the first availability for install. I can’t recommend this company enough. The installers are very knowledgeable and friendly and extremely professional.

Deans Home Services got my attention after I had just hung up from another company who cancelled after waiting six hours for appointment due to staff shortage. Yes,Ashley, an angel who fell from the sky calling me to follow up minutes after cancellation other company to see if I needed them. They scheduled for next day, sent me a text to confirm appointment, called just two hours into my day and said we have a plumber free 20 minutes away…Can we send him? I’m like OK! Angel #2 arrived -Brian who put on his booties , flashed a great smile and came in to survey our prep to pull and install new toilet main floor. In an hour he installed, caulked the base, tested for no leaks, hauled away my box and gave me some info on annual fee for heating services but we already have another company. Fair price after Senior and Veterans discount and a perfect job! We have new plumbers!! Thank You Ashley and Brian for great service. We’re adopting Deans as our new plumbing company!

Dean’s Does Home Services has been nothing short of fantastic! Their plumbers and electricians are true professionals who have gone above and beyond to help us whenever we’ve needed it. It’s rare to find tradespeople this skilled and dedicated, and Dean’s has clearly hired the best. Our water softener quit working. I initially called another company and they couldn't even get anyone to come to our place for two weeks. I called Dean's Home Services and what a blessing that was! Bennet V. came over that day to take a look at the water softener. He said it was definitely shot. He set up an appointment for two days later to have the new water softener installed. Amazing! Brad V. did the install and took the old one out. He explained how this one worked and even showed me a video. These two guys are amazing! They are very respectful and never left any clean up for us to take care of. I was very impressed. Dean's Home Services will have our business because of these two guys. Highly recommend!
