Tom took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options. He was respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such excellent customer service. Jacob Brausen provided us one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, informative, hardworking and determined. He left no stone unturned in solving our issues and double-checked to confirm that the solution was not temporary. His tireless efforts made us feel like valued customers, which has not always been our experience in the past. We felt heard and appreciated and were comfortable that he provided us a solution that we have needed for quite a while and through a number of other technicians. We are grateful for Jacob’s dogged determination and will specifically ask for him in the future. He even helped us better understand the service arrangement that covers us.

I think everyone hates calling a plumber. I had a crisis that needed water abatement and every single person I spoke to at Genz-Ryan was truly kind and incredible. They were reassuring and came when they said they would and answered all my questions. Reception/scheduling phenomenal. Had Ryan A come out and was honest, kind and very supportive. After the abatement process was completed enough, Jacob B. Return and was exceptionally thorough, explained more about plumbing then any other plumber I have had, and knowledgeable. Made some great alterations and recommendations. Genz-Ryan you have some exemplary employees. Thanks for the good work and making a very unpleasant situation much easier. Rick was amazing! He spent over four hours with us, patiently answering all our questions and making sure we understood every step of the process. He also worked hard to get us a price we could afford without compromising on quality, which meant a lot to us.
