Alex was Superb!!! He is prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He did an Excellent job while servicing my home and was courteous and tidy. Alex cleaned up my central air conditioning system perfectly as well as informed me on future air duct cleaning for my entire home. I truly appreciate Alex and the Hero team. Jake was absolutely the best electrician, very informative, very mindful, very nice and appreciated. He pointed out so many hazards in my home (As I’m a new homeowner of 5 years) that I was unaware of. I have 3 toddlers and my elderly mother to take care of, and Jake cared so much and was determined to get me and my kids home safe before he left because these were fire hazards, it’s an old home. I just appreciate great technicians that actually come out and do the job with a big heart. Thank you so much, it’s not cheap but these guys work makes it worth it so that you know your safer than before. Jake called his team of experts Dylan, and Nick, they were the best to come assist and was so informative worked in -0 weather to get the job done but better yet was concerned about our safety. I definitely recommend these guys because if they seen something they said something! Best team in the city. Be very mindful they spent 6 hours dedicated to my home. Look nowhere else!

Luke Wilson was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a service technician of any kind. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. His appearance was clean and he had a very clean work vehicle. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my system and what needed to be done. It’s clear he has a strong background and great leadership behind him at Hero. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him move into a management or leadership role soon and how greatly this would benefit your company. Thanks again Hero! Great service John the technician was very friendly and professional. He explain all options before he stared work. When agreed on the price and work he explained if an issue did happen he would talk to me and explain the other option to get the problem solved. No issue happened during the installation. The work he performed was outstanding left no mess for me to clean. I would recommend Hero Plumbing to anyone that needs their service. It is nice to have a veteran working on another veterans issue makes you very comfortable about having them do your work.
