St. Paul Pipeworks is the most reliable service provider I’ve worked with in the Twin Cities. All of the standard compliments apply: prompt, good communication, knowledgeable and professional staff. But what makes them stand out is that they are very human about their relationships. When planning work for my water heater install, they made sure I understood how to schedule and plan for the least amount of downtime. When I needed warranty work on an appliance, they helped me contact the manufacturer and did the replacement at their own expense and on my frankly absurd timeline. Every time I have needed them, they come through and it never feels like I’m a bother or just a number— they know who I am and talk to me like a person, not a potential payday. I refuse to use anyone but St. Paul Pipeworks at this point.
