Chris Jirak along with his crews Eric, Randy Whitton and Shaun worked on the installation my new Carrier Air-condition and Furnace and removal of my old ones. They did an amazing job installing my new Carrier Air condition & Furnace . They make sure my family may no longer suffer from this brutal heat and I am very grateful for that. Chris is very knowledgeable and meticulous from the very start making sure everything worked perfectly . He even spent some time explaining to me my options and even assisting me on my thermostat programming. I am so glad to have Hero Home service did my Air condition and Furnace replacement. Very fast deployment, follow up, and excellent service. Seth did a great job scoping and descaling our line, and scoped a number of our branch lines to inspect and share educational information related to codes and best practices. Seth was personable, kind, and willing to put up with a nerd that likes to see how stuff works. Highly recommend!

Andrew did a fabulous job! I had no idea that old copper pipes can get thin and break! He explained 5 options for the water main repair with softener, and we are happy with the results! He was still smiling when he left our house, 6 hours later! Great plumber, great guy!
