Jeff and Shawn came to help with an emergency on a Friday night that was discovered just before my business closed. We needed it solved before opening Saturday morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and did their due diligence to make sure that they addressed the root cause. They left my business clean as well as in excellent repair. I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely pleased with Southside Pluming and Bill was Awesome! I was in the process of selling a home and Bill went above and beyond excellent service. I used Bill multiple times for multi plumbing problems including putting in a new water heater. He was very responsive, friendly, and got the job done quickly under a stressful time for me prior to closing the house sale. He has a great attitude and was available to take care of all the plumbing issues even last minute items that popped up. I can't say enough good about the high level of service he provided and his quick responsiveness! Thank you Bill! It is greatly appreciated! I would give more than a 5 star review if I was able to. I will continue to use Southside Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and have told family and friends. Additionally, they are very reasonable in price of service provided!

I had a great experience with Southside Plumbing. They managed to get a plumber out within half an hour after I first called. He replaced a leaking shut off valve quickly and cleanly and the price was reasonable. Very satisfied with my experience.

Called Southside Plumbing at 11am and by 12:30, Shawn E was at my house ready to help. He assessed the whole basement (even putting his head in the drywall to double check plumbing routes), explained by step what our problem was and solutions, and emailed us multiple estimates to find a solution that worked for us. I am so impressed by this company’s customer service, knowledge, and compassion. Will be using them for all of our problems going forward.
