My a/c broke down Tuesday afternoon, Dean came out first thing Wednesday morning and Bryan and his crew were here at 7:30am sharp this morning. I left to go to work, came home and my house is nice and cool with a wonderful new Lennox unit with humidifier. I have never had such fast, professional service in my entire life. I cannot believe how they all at Thermal made my urgent need a priority, starting with the customer service call I made Tuesday evening. The lady I spoke to totally understood my concern about the weather getting really hot in the next few days to Dean coming out to assess and provide my options and how knowledgeable he is about the product and how it all works and what will be done and what to expect to Bryan leaving my basement immaculate and making sure my house was locked up. I could go on and on but I think I’ve made my point and will continue to reach out to this company for all my hvac needs. Thank you all so very much!

The Service Technicians at Thermal are very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Today we had Josh install a new kitchen faucet. Josh took his time and answered all of our questions. What I like most about this company is that you feel valued as a customer right from scheduling your appointment to the technician coming to your house. Thanks Josh and Thermal! Thermal Services saved the day! We were in the process of moving into a new house when the air conditioning went out in the afternoon on a Saturday. Thermal services was amazing and got a technician out to us Saturday evening to fix our air. Our technician Matthew was excellent. He was so nice, polite and got the work done quickly and efficiently. It was hot and around 6 PM on a Saturday and he had the most pleasant attitude and was so professional. I cannot recommend this company enough and I will be a long term loyal customer!

We just had our summer HVAC check completed by Layne, and as always, he was fantastic. He arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the visit, and showed the same professionalism and integrity we've come to trust. It’s a great feeling knowing our system is in such capable hands. Highly recommend Layne for any HVAC needs!

We needed an emergency furnace replacement five years ago and ever since the first call this team has been reliable and dependable. Got us fixed up in that moment but have continued to perform well with the preventative maintenance program. Staff is always friendly and respectful when in our home.
