Their electrician was knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly identified deficiencies in the existing system as well as how to add new circuits for the changes we requested and accomplished the work quickly and with respect for the home and its occupants. It cost a bit more than expected but gives us confidence in the integrity and safety of our home. We are quite satisfied with John Henry's so far.

John Henrys has been great from the first call to come out and look at our AC unit to the very last day of the installation. We were promised a portable unit to help cool off the house while we waited for the new unit to be installed. One thing I am proud to say is that when they say they are going to be here they show early and stay late unlike a lot other companies that we have dealt with in the past... Thank you John Henry's crew for making our house comfortable again

Bruce was very pleasant from first entering the home. He was thorough in his inspection of our plumbing sources and equipment. He even gave some practical advice for future safety precautions. I am always pleased with the service I get from John Henry's.

Wow, what service! They deliver. Fast, complete, and fair. Now, to be honest, I was hovering between 4 and 5 stars because it wasn't **100%** perfect. Let's be real, nothing ever is. The tech installed a piece of equipment in a spot that wasn't quite what I would have chosen myself, but he did manage it to install it - and a half-dozen other piece of other equipment - without needing to pester me every 5 minutes, without complaining about anything, for four hours straight! (I'm not even sure I can manage that.) After discussing the equipment location, it was clear that there weren't a lot of other options, so it's probably the choice I would have made in his shoes, too. We managed to get the kids to school at 8, have the tech(s) over in the morning/early afternoon, and by the time the kids were home - everything was fixed and cleaned up! MAGIC. I'm sometimes skeptical of the "big name" vendors but John Henry is clearly the name to call in Lincoln. Professionals, through and through.
