Been without cold air since Saturday in 90+ degree heat. Today is Monday. Called so many places, but Burton was able to put me first. The technician Dalton Book came on time, was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Provided me with several options to choose from to suit my financial needs. He even contacted a salesman Dexter Taft who was also courteous and very pleasant as well as caring. I wasn't able to purchase a new unit but Dexter still treated me with respect and kindness. I decided to take Dalton up on another offer he provided, he came back same day and provided me and my family with much needed relief. I appreciate these two gentlemen who helped me immensely they are who make the company worthwhile. Burton you just gained a new first time customer!!!
I just purchased a newer home and the prior owners had never serviced the HVAC. I was not getting cool air in all the rooms and Nikolas did a great job of explaining everything in detail as he went, and troubleshooting. He was friendly, took his time, was very thorough, and even helped me find some coupons/discounts online to bring my cost of the service charges down. I’ve been using Burton for years and he is probably one of the best and educated techs I’ve ever had!

Drew was amazing, he came out the same day I called for a requested visit and was able to quickly evaluate the instrument and provide us with repair coverage plans and options for upgrade. I appreciate his direct knowledge in the industry and informing us of the costs up front. He set up a call with us to have a conversation at 11am tomorrow. By far the WORST experience I have EVER had with ANY and I mean ANY company. Had entire AC/Furnace completely replaced all the way down to the duct work. Their installers cut every corner they could possibly cut! Right down to trying to get away with not replacing the line set thinking I wouldn’t notice! This unit has never functioned properly. I have had to have multiple visits to “resolve” the issues and they are NEVER resolved. The salesman whole heartedly recommended Goodman to replace my system. SWORE by it! When I asked for a price I didn’t ask for bottom of the line equipment, I didn’t say I want the cheapest crap you have!!! I wanted to replace my old system (Carrier which lasted for 25 years!!!!) because the refrigerant was having to be replaced about once a year. I wanted to be done with paying the high price for the old Freon! I have missed MULTIPLE days of work! Been without AC that I paid a very high price for! I’m done with it!! I want it torn out of my house and I want to be reimbursed for my lost wages!! I’m not paying for a system that is junk! I want the quality system I paid for! I attached pictures of a system that was installed 25 DAYS ago. This is the third time the unit has frozen over!!! The punch line to it freezing over is they KNEW the last fix would probably cause this to happen AGAIN!! They adjusted the fan speed (2nd time a tech of theirs did this as a resolution to the god awful noise the system was making!!!!!) it didn’t work the first time they tried it but hey why not!!!! How can a company that has a FIVE star review fail so epically?! To make it sink in I am so angry I’m writing this review at 2:30 in the morning because I again have no AC!!!
