Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday, and Roto-Rooter came through when we needed them most! Tanner and Henry arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even left the area cleaner than it was when they showed up. It was such a relief to have someone show up on a weekend and take care of the problem efficiently. Excellent service, fair pricing, and peace of mind. We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

Had them come out to fix a pipe in my sink. We had Henry and Tanner. They were amazing. Super informative. Walked me through my options and helped me figure out the best solution, then enacted that solution quickly and effectively. This was not the first time we used Roto-Rooter and it won't be the last.... But hopefully we don't have any more issues!

Great service when it came to the work itself. However, service received was several hours after the scheduled time. I understand being an hour late or so due to a previous appointment. Being over three hours late is a bit much for me. The price of over $250 to unlcog a toilet with no other plumbing issues (just something that possibly got stuck), is also just too much in my opinion. Most we should have paid is anywhere from $100-$150. Vehicle gas and quick service that took less than 3 minutes. For those two things, I'm taking off two stars. Would not use again in the future, but only due to pricing.

Brandon and Roto Rooter saved the day!! Made the call Saturday afternoon and they were on site within 45 minutes. Brandon explained the entire process, was very professional and personable. Plumbing is back in business. Great job!! Thank you

Paul and his assistant did a great, quick job of clearing out our basement floor drain. They were very friendly and explained how some of the home draining system works, how it was plumbed, and how we can help keep it clean and working well. Thanks for a great job.
