On the first visit, he diagnosed the issue right away but needed to order the part. He came back as soon as the part arrived, installed it quickly, and made sure everything was working before leaving. I really appreciated how he explained things in a way I could understand and didn’t rush through the job. The fridge is running perfectly now. Friendly, professional, and reliable service.
