I had a great experience with South Texas Piping. Their associate, Steven, did an amazing job on my water heater. He was very knowledgeable, clearly knew what he was doing, and handled everything with professionalism. I truly appreciated his expertise and the quality of service provided. Highly recommend!

They are punctual and competent. Did a good job at fair price. There was an issue but they came back quickly and resolved it. The office lady is very dry but she is actually efficient and effective if you get past the personality. She may not be aware of how she sounds, or may have other reasons and We almost decided to use someone else, but then actually heard back and everything went smoothly. We will use this company again if need arises.

South Texas Piping was available when no other plumbers were. Everyone else had a day or 2 wait and I needed the job done asap. I appreciate the courtesy of the technicians and they fixed my issue very quickly. I am extremely satisfied! Thank you so much!! ☺️

Rudy & Luis attended my home same day ( within an hour) to assist with a warranty claim on our hot water heater. We’d had other plumbers out to address the problem- but nothing had been resolved. Our warranty group advised STP as an authorized service to contact. They came out right away and were able to diagnose the problem, complete the work and ensured we were up to snuff before departing.
