Baker Brothers is our GO TO! Always phenomenal customer service and hospitality. This call was regarding our air conditioner not cooling, we were a steady 80*. The news was not what we were expecting the unit needed to be replaced along with coils on the furnace. All I thought was $$$ and although it was a shock BB master electrician was very understanding and guided us through our options. We had our unit installed yesterday. Very thorough and professional. Thanks again!!

Our A/C was blowing hot air today. So we called Baker Brothers because they were the ones that installed it about 5-6 yrs ago. We advised it was an emergency and needed it done today. We called at around 3pm and Frank was here by 5pm. He quickly found the issue, fixed it and was out of here in 35-45 minutes! He advised we still had a warranty on the parts and labor was all we had to pay. I was anticipating a hefty price in my mind but then when he said your total is $196.00, I thought I misunderstood! But I didn't, I paid him immediately and thanked him so much for such quick, but efficient service. Now my husband and I are sitting in a cool house again! Thanks to Frank and Baker Brothers!

Fast service-same day. I called the company and they sent an AMAZING technician, Josh B., in less than 3 hours after my call. Josh delivered great communication, respectful of home (wore shoe covers), and was very nice to my pets. He was timely and efficient with the tasks at hand(garbage disposal installation, and even went over troubleshooting techniques shall any arise) and also fixed my toilet in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely use this company again!

I scheduled this spring maintenance for my air conditioner unit for an appointment on Thursday afternoon yesterday, Wednesday. I was called and texted if the technician could come out at noon, to which I agreed. Brian and his apprentice showed up on time. Brian was very professional and provided the process for servicing my air conditioning unit. This maintenance checkup is covered with no charge, along with electrical, plumbing, and fall furnace maintenance checks as part of the Baker Brothers Family plan. I am very pleased and highly recommend Baker Brothers' services and the Family plan .

I have been a family plan member for over two years now. It is definitely worth being a Baker Bros client. They are responsive and have met my needs. The technicians 'are knowledgeable and polite. Anything needed to be done is clearly explained as well as the exact cost. Everyone that I have dealt with helpful and friendly.
