Justin did an outstanding job! He called with his ETA. Arrived and assessed the issue and able to get the repairs done. Easy payment process and sent receipt via email. I will be contacting them again for more work that is needed.

I have to compliment Eddie R. who has been coming over to my house to help us get our upstairs AC fixed. Eddie R. is not only very good at his job, he is very thorough and knowledgeable regarding our AC situation. He took amazing photos of the several issues in our attic that we are having and explained ALL of them to me in a very understandable way, which I really appreciated. Bob Connelly in Houston was very helpful. He looked at a water leak and noticed we had several other issues. He took care of everything each step of the way. He answered all of my questions and came by for a final inspection. Very friendly.

I’m less than pleased with the results of my AC unit replacement. My original unit was just 10 years old and appeared to be a quality unit. It had been on a yearly Abacus maintenance program since I moved into the home 3 ½ years ago with no issues identified whatsoever. The original salesperson gave me options of repairs of $25k, $35K and $45k. I was a bit shocked and opted for the lower priced repair. Not ever repairing, and much less replacing such a unit in the past, I didn’t really have a feel for how this compares to other potential service companies. My house already being hot, and it being summer in Houston, I didn’t feel like I had an opportunity to have another service provider come in for a 2nd opinion. The salesperson had my sign/approve the lower cost option without reviewing all that was included explaining that I would get an email explaining all the items. Nearing 10pm that evening the lead installer came into to my home and started replacing my thermostat which was programable and working properly. I suggested that he not replace it and at that time went up to the attic seeing a new unit installed at an angle in order to make it fit along with a universal air filter that I didn’t want and an additional plenum to manage all the hoses. Previously my unit and hoses where much better aligned and fit well. What I have now is more of a mess. Still concerned about the cost of repair I was not pleased that I was not given a choice on what to install to control the overall cost while getting things that I didn’t feel that I needed.
