ARS / Rescue Rooter

On March 21, 2025, ARS Rescue Rooter performed a sewer line replacement at my rental property, costing approximately $7,500–$8,400. During the process, technicians Jake and Edgar explained that I would need to arrange a temporary bypass through the utility provider (CenterPoint) at a cost of about $500. They assured me this expense would be reimbursed by ARS once the work was completed and the bill submitted. The request has to be made by the person on utility account (the tenant). I informed them what I was told and they proceeded accordingly. After the work was finished, we provided the bill as instructed, but reimbursement was ignored and we were given a run around. The tenant reached out to ARS multiple times and then I had to step in. The district manager I was forwarded stated this was the first time he had heard of such an agreement and said he will get back to us. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, no reimbursement has been provided and it has been 4-5 months. As a result, I had to personally cover this $500 cost for my tenant. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering ARS Rescue Rooter’s services insist on having all commitments documented in writing beforehand. What I was told and what was later honored were not consistent, which caused unnecessary financial burden and frustration.

I would like to sincerely compliment the AC technician Brandon for his excellent service. He is not only highly knowledgeable in his field but also took the time to educate me about important safety measures, which I truly appreciate. His professionalism stood out, as he explained technical details in a clear and simple way, making it easy for me to understand. On top of that, he is very friendly, approachable, and patient, creating a positive customer experience throughout the visit. I was also impressed by his ability to multitask efficiently while still maintaining attention to detail. It’s rare to meet a technician who combines technical expertise with such strong communication and customer service skills.

Mr. Roberto Zepeda is the best! After a long week of work, our sink fixture came off, he went into action at 7pm…. We ended up getting our garbage disposal fixed too at a fair price… Thanks a million and I will definitely call and ask for him again. Be blessed, Gary Jones Katy, Tx

We recently had a Bradford White electric water heater installed by ARS / Rescue Rooter, and the entire experience was outstanding. From start to finish, the service was prompt, professional, and courteous. The sales representative who came out initially was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain our options thoroughly. When it came time for installation, the two technicians who performed the work were highly professional and did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, maintained a clean workspace, and ensured everything was installed to the highest standard. We are very satisfied with both the product and the service provided, and we highly recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter for anyone in need of water heater replacement or plumbing services.

I purchased two complete HVAC systems for my home. After the salesman, David Dotson, came in with his whole sales pitch it seemed exactly what we needed. I gave him a five star review, which is of course what they strive for. Once the work started though he checked out. He was here to get them started but no help afterwards. The guys were supposed to remove my IFLO so that I could install in on the new one. They did not. We had two Quick starts on the units outside that they were supposed to remove and reinstall on the new units. These are required for the generator pigtail that they also previously installed. They did not. I went in the attic to find that not all of the ducts that were supposed to be replaced were replaced and they did not seal one of the ducts so air is leaking into my attic as well as condensation coming from the opening. I can only imagine what kind of problems that will cause. After contacting him continuously and my husband calling ARS multiple times we still have not received any responses.
