Daniel Prado did a great job. Was very knowledgeable and patient while working on my home. Was very friendly and personable. If I ever have an electrical problem again, I would trust Daniel to handle any issue. They should give this guy a raise. I will be using Air Tech of Houston for any future projects.

Issue was misdiagnosed with the recommendation of acquiring an electrician. Electrician confirmed that it was an AC issue and the compressor was blown… Then had to spend $2000 on a replacement compressor only to find out that the compressor and evaporator coils that should’ve been serviced twice a year since I’ve had this service were neglected And likely led to the issue to begin with… So at this point I am very dissatisfied with him as well as Erec in general as you have not done your job of maintaining this unit and preventing this sort of thing from happening. So now I spent $2000 and still have to spend another thousand to clean something that should’ve been addressed years ago, But was never brought to my attention because I had a service for that… So, something that could’ve been prevented altogether, led to a complete failure of the system, which led to three days that my family couldn’t stay in their home Because time was wasted, looking for another problem that didn’t exist… Oh, and it all could’ve been prevented with preventative maintenance, which is the whole point of your services.

I will always recommend Air Tech for any sort of AC/Heating OR plumbing work! They always come out quickly and have been able to fix what we need efficiently! This time, we discovered our water heater pan was full of water. Bladen from Air Tech came out and quickly assessed that we need a new water heater! He was able to order a new one for us and install it the next morning! They came in and got it done fast and it looks amazing. He also secured a couple other pipe lines near the duct lines for us while he was in there as he noticed they needed it! That was so nice of him. I trust Air Tech completely and am super thankful for all of the work they’ve done for us now!!

MC did a great job tuning up my A/C and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and explained what he was doing in a way I could understand. The difference in my system’s performance was noticeable right away. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude throughout the visit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend MC to anyone needing A/C maintenance

Throughout the process, you could tell he was incredibly knowledgeable and in the work that he does. He took the time to thoroughly assess the unit and explain the process in clear and understanding terms and handled the job with great care and precision. What truly stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he took in his work. It was clear that he generally cared about doing the job right.
