Service Experts was the company that Home Depot recommended to install the water heater I bought. Brittany was first person I talked to and she was very polite and helpful through the whole process. I had to order the unit and have it shipped to Home Depot and Service Experts were willing to pick up the unit and hold it for me while I was on vacation, and were ready to install as soon as I got home. Judson and Deacon were the installers and they showed up right at the time they said they would and had the job finished in half a day. I might add, it was a difficult attic installation on a hot day and a heavy water heater, but they got it done and did a quality job. I had some specific wishes on how I wanted it and the installers did the job just like I asked. They were polite and professional and cleaned up everything after. I am thoroughly pleased with the job and would hire them again.

Fast service, the two guys where very knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned up after the job was done and halled the old tiolet and cardboard boxes with them. I highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with Service Experts Plumbing & Drain Service. My water heater went out on Friday and I had gotten a ridiculously high estimate from another company to replace and decided to find an alternative route. I was able to purchase my water heater from Home Depot and they connected me with this company. I spoke to the owner, Mr. Bill, and he was extremely helpful and quoted me a fair price at half the cost of the other company. They were easy to work with and Douglas and his co-worker arrived early Monday morning and got my water heater set up very quickly. I strongly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again when needed!!!

Service Experts was the company Home Depot uses to install our toilet. Once the ordered was placed Brittany contacted me around 30 mins post order to inform me to check my product when it arrived and I would be scheduled. She was nice and very professional. Product arrived early and I was scheduled around 1 week after. Jud was exceptionally sweet, great attitude and professional. Quick service and beautiful product. He even Provided education on our product and seems like he loves his job. All servicemen should be like Jud. I highly recommend Service Experts Plumbing!

I was very happy with the quick response to my situation. The technicians were professional and completed the job quickly. The technicians were professional and courteous, they installed the filter system and cleaned up after they were done. I am very satisfied with the job.
