First things first - crew was on time. Arrived a little before scheduled time. Big plus for me. Communicated tasks and intentions. Professional and courteous. Did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Finished when they said they would. I was very pleased and would highly recommend. Only disappointment - they didn't bring Annie.

Our thermostat suddenly went blank. I called Environment Masters right away and within 2 hrs Ryan arrived to view the problem. He quickly found and resolved the issue. The professionalism, skill and expediency was Above Par! Thank you Ryan et all for your outstanding service and reliability.

Marcus showed up promptly! Did an introduction/meet and greet and went into 5th gear. Very knowledgeable gave instructions to crew, finished before the other crew and helped them to finish the job. Made a walk through and cleaned up. This guy rocks!!!

Environment Masters has great technicians. They are always prompt and courteous. Excellent communication from every team member I’ve encountered. So glad that we made the switch to Environment Masters for our maintenance.

Paul G got in and immediately identified the issue (capacitor) and got it replaced on the spot. I chose to do the yearly maintenance plan as well. This is my 3rd time calling on Environment Masters and they never disappoint. Thanks to Paul and environment masters for getting me up and back going!
