Ball Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

I started out with Alex to do a cleaning and a check on my AC unit, which is 10 years old. He was very nice and knowledgeable, but indicated he would like to have a technician come out and check something out. A day later, Zach came out and was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He installed a compressor assist and so far everything seems to be running smoothly. Both were personable and helpful and I have no complaints. This is the second time I have used Ball for service. The first time was for electrical and Shane fixed the problem. I will use Ball again in the future for other needs as they arise. I would recommend this company.

My husband and I bought a new unit from Ball 4 years ago covered by a 10/10 Warrenty. We have been having trouble with what I thought was dust around the vents. I tried to report this to my insurance company. That didn’t work so I called some people out to see what was going on. 2 separate inspections confirmed that my unit was over sized for my home causing mold in my vents as well as on my wall in my home. My home is just over 1900 square feet and they installed a 3.5 ton unit. I have been having major pulmonary problems since this has been going on. They sent out a tech to my home who was rude and condescending. I had just had a surgical procedure and was flat of my back in bed trying to recover. He lorded over me to intimidate me snapping his finger as he spoke. He said they could fix it but I would need to have a humidifier installed to the tune of $10,000. Why should I have to buy more equipment from them to fix the problem they caused in the first place. So far I have not received a call from a manger or anyone else in charge, just the rude tech. Visually on the outside this problem didn’t show up immediately it has been building up over the years until it finally appeared around the vents. My husband and my self are senior citizens and live on a fixed income. This is taking a toll on our health having to deal with these problems as well as the health issues caused by the mold. I would never recommend this company to any one. They were too lazy to take measurement to accurately access the size unit my home needed. All they were interested in was selling the biggest unit for a higher price sell.

Adrian was our technician today. He was an hour ahead of scheduled which was awesome that I wasn’t stuck at home all day waiting. He was kind, professional and easy to talk to. He came prepared and got straight to work. He was understanding of our pets and our toddler who was trying to nap. He communicated with my husband and I to make sure we understood everything and answered our questions. He found the problem with our unit in a timely manner and gave us great options on what to do moving forward. He even gave us a military discount. We are extremely satisfied with our service.
