Yannis did a great job and professional. He left the area clean and ready to use. Made sure there was no leaks. Very friendly hooked up new sinks and faucets.

After hearing a slight hissing noise which appeared to be coming from the water closet in the bathroom I checked but could not locate the source of the sound. I then checked outside the house and right away observed several large puddles of water on the lawn. I shut off the house water supply at the main valve. I then contacted High Tide Plumbing and requested an estimate for repairs. An appointment was made for the following morning between 8am and 10am. I was informed that the attending technician would be Jacob Manley. On arrival Jacob formerly introduced himself and took the time to explain how he would locate the source of the water leak. He quickly located it and then gave me repair options and costs. I selected an option and Jacob effected the repair in a timely manner. After completing the repair he checked, and rechecked for normal water supply to and from the household water outlets. I found JACOB to be very professional and courteous. His work standards were excellent and I most definitely give him a 5 star rating. I am very pleased with the overall service that I received from High Tide Plumbing, LLC

Jhailynd was sent to my home after I called High Tide Plumbing in a panic over a water leak. He was so professional and truly a superstar. He quickly discovered the issue causing the leak and corrected the problem promptly. He was so kind and informative. 100% recommend!

I had a very positive experience with this company after I had called another company prior that lacked service/professionalism. My technician Yannis was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to quote out the job before service, and he made sure I was 100% comfortable with the final repair even though it was 1000 degrees outside.
