Zach was very professional, very kind, very polite, respectful understanding and straight to the point with his views of my situation. He was good at what he done and he made the problem look so minor and I appreciate him thank y’all for having such a good worker and someone, knowledgeable and respectful toward your clients. I thought I was gonna have to remodel the whole bathroom and rip out things and put on new pipes and everything in I was stressed to the max. I was ready to set that house on fire and just get rid of it, but here comes Zack,!! Praise god he blessed me today with his kindness and professionalism he has Avery nice personality

Steve Bryant & Steve Tollison were great!! They explained many of the components to us and also what we needed to maintain a good AC system going forward. They were so kind and professional . We really appreciate all they did to help us during this stifling heat wave to give us relief. We would highly recommend them and Comfortech to friends and family. I sent a text yesterday to schedule maintenance and we were able to receive an appointment today! Our technician, Christian Johnson, did a superb job at explaining everything he needed to do and then showed pictures of the condition of each item. He was super courteous and worked quickly. And my toy poodle didn’t scare him away! Thanks for making sure we stay cool!

Steve Tollison was the Best!!! Very Professional and Friendly. Great individual!! I will recommend him all the time. Great service!! He came out at 10:30 pm to service and get my AC unit back going. Need more individuals like him.
