John was very responsive and professional. He helped me step through diagnosing and correcting an issue that was causing a leak into the dining room of my house. He was quick to get to the repair and get things figured out. I honestly plan to use him for any future issues I come across but fingers crossed that doesn't happen, if it does John will be the first to call.
