Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Julian did a great job. Professional and courteous. Kept me fully informed. Damien, came out to inspect the line was also great. All that said, Roto Rooter has a real opportunity for improvement in their dispatch process. I was given a two hour window, beginning at the time I called. Dispatch did keep me informed during the next SIX HOURS until they arrived. I realize that it’s difficult to be precise, but four hours after the end of a two hour window reflects a process that has an opportunity to improve.

We’re currently under contract on a home and had Damion Bennett conduct a sewer line inspection. He was an excellent investigator—thorough, knowledgeable, and able to clearly identify the issues present. Damion was also incredibly kind and professional throughout the process, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Even though it’s not our home yet, his work gave us real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend this service because of Damion’s expertise and professionalism.

I had an issue with the main water line to my house over the weekend and needed my water back on as soon as possible. I called and within two hours my water was back on thanks to the team at Roto-Rooter! From setting up the service call to working with the licensed service technician (Mr. Doug), I could not have had a better experience. Mr. Doug was kind, transparent, experienced and quickly worked and solved the problem. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services!

My bathtub went from an occasional drop of water to a full spray in a short period of time. It appears the leak had been ongoing and being absorbed in the subfloor. I cut water to the house and looked for help. Roto Rooter dispatched a water damage technician almost immediately. Turn time was a little over an hour. The Damage Technician inspected the damage and reported as applicable to my insurance company, coordinated the assignment of a plumber to isolate the water source. The plumber was not only talented, but professional and respectful. Settinino Cornelius and Doug Davis made a wonderful team making this situation far more pleasant than I could have imagined.
