We couldn’t be happier with John Wayne Plumbing. They assigned our job to Mike, who called ahead as promised, then he & his son came ready to do the job. They were extremely courteous, worked diligently, cleaned up behind their work, & finished up sooner than I had expected. Even the payment process was handled smoothly & professionally. If we need plumbing service again we’ll certainly call John Wayne again, & we’ll be sure to ask for Mike.

I had a water line leak and a crew was sent out very quickly. Not only that, but after the men fixed the leak, they were kind enough to inform me that my pressure was too high. This was something the water company needed to fix and I needed to know as it can put additional wear and tear on my hot water heater and other appliances.

The lady on the phone I talked with before & after the job was done was very polite & nice. The technician(s) we’re on time for the appointment but a part was added to the job without my consent( non phone call/text) that I had to pay for & the labor for that part. Could have offered to omit the labor for adding the extra part that I wasn’t asked about but was never mentioned. Good company & people but very poor communication with me being the customer.
