My Mom had a new heating and air system put in her house and is very pleased with the results. She wants to make sure Dixie knows how much Eddie and Andrew were appreciated and how they worked very hard. She also appreciates Jacob coming out to look at the old unit before she purchased the new unit. Dixie has some great service men. Thank you.

Jamaris and Roy are a great partner team. Roy called this morning and ensured me that Jamaris was headed to my home to turn the water on after the tile guy had sealed my shower and had not turned the water on prior to installing the tile. Jamaris arrived pronto, brought his tools in, assessed the situation, and voila. He found a way to get into the walls without tearing the walls apart. Roy and Jamaris are the best. I am very happy with their attention to details and goals to please the customer. From now on, Dixie Electric, Plumbung, and Air Conditioning will be the company that I choose to service my home. Roy and Jamaris were top professionals from the time of the call until the end of the in-person visit. They exhibited excellent communications about each aspect of the plumbing job. They worked as a team while drilling, digging, and removing debris, and replacing the p-trap. All in all, they were the best.

We had a leak in our ceiling we had figured out where it was coming from late last night. We had patched it up best we could and called Dixie Electric first thing this morning. We have used them previously and they have always been great. Our technician today was Tracey B. Between him and and his partner they did a fantastic job and got everything fixed quickly and efficiently. We only gave 4 starts as it seemed a very expensive repair for the short time they were here but the technicians themselves were fantastic, nothing against them at all. Friendly and informative. After experiencing significant frustration with another company, I decided to reach out to Dixie for help. From the moment I called, I felt heard and understood. Within hours, a technician arrived at my door. Today, Daniel came to assist us, and he truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment he arrived, Daniel listened attentively to my concerns and showed genuine empathy for my situation. He worked tirelessly to address the issues, doing everything he could to ensure we had a temporary solution in place. With the heat becoming unbearable, especially for my children, his efforts to restore cool air were a tremendous relief. Daniel went above and beyond to help us. Nathan and Case of Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air came to my house yesterday to assess the various electric concerns I had. Having obtained the materials they needed, they returned today to carry out most of the work without Dixie adding on another service call charge. Nathan and Case are always professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They treat me as though they feel fortunate that we called on them for our electrician needs. As part of their work today, they had to kill wasps to remove them from an outdoor light canister to replace a bulb - they did so efficiently and unflinchingly. They will return next week to finish another part of the work we needed once the necessary part comes in, again without an additional service call charge. I always feel my home and our safety are in the best of hands with Dixie, Nathan and Case!
