EXCELLENT, fast service. I've been trying to get a plumber to my house for 2.5 yrs to fix multiple leaky faucets, with no success, before I called PREMIER. The customer service from initial contact to scheduling the appointment was top notch. I can't say enough kind words about the two service men that came to do the job. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! You can't find service like this these days. Not sure if I got lucky or they liked me because I'm a veteran but you guys deserve a big thumbs up! EVERYTHING is fixed and it's the same day I called. The price was beyond reasonable as well. Cheaper thank dinner at Chuck's for sure!!!

Chris did a great job checking out AC unit and troubleshooting the issue to help us with humidity issues at our office. I especially liked getting the text message letting me know he was on his way with a photo of who was coming! Premier Service was the right call!

Recently I purchased two vent fans for my bathrooms. I wired one fan and it worked, but the dimmers were another story. I had a friend recommend an electrician that came out, traced my wiring (it was correct) and connected the two dimmer switches. In the second bathroom, the switches were different and the electrician did some wiring in the bathroom and attic - prepping for when he would return because he had to leave for the day. He said he needed to run a length of 3pair electrical cord from the switch up to the attic, which he left with me. I drilled holes, cut into the Sheetrock and ran the cord for him. Patched it all up, no problem. So, all that was left was the switch wired and the attic wired, 6 wires. When you get into Neutral, Hot, Traveler, etc., I’m lost. Better to leave it for the pros then risk burning your house down. The electrician never returned, due to his job tempo. After a month, I got tired of waiting for him, so I made an appt with Premier Service Company. Two guys showed up this morning, listened to me, looked at everything and said over $600 to wire the switch and attic area. Obviously the price didn’t correlate with the amount of work required so I declined to move forward. I will never use Premier again, and I’ve seen them at my Alabama State Job Building. I will advise our landlords of my unfortunate situation, and request they not to use Premier and pass this along to other property owners they know. I understand a business needs to make a profit, but every service call needs competent people to assess and come to a mutual solution where both parties are satisfied. I projected $250 to $300. Premier left with $50 for the service call, when they could have made half of their total. Their tech said the cost pays their salary and maintenance of their vehicles. If you’re thinking of hiring Premier, please be very aware of this company’s business model of ripping people off! One of my co-workers had them out to his home in the past and they tried to rip him off of thousands of dollars, when a different company handled his business for several hundred and were absolutely dumbfounded listening to his story.

I work at a large business. Made an emergency call for help with one of our 18 units. The technician showed up in a very reasonable time. And immediately diagnosed an intermittent problem. Was extremely professional and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Premier Service Company for any HVAC commercial work. Great job guys. Paul Hardin

Micah was very personable, friendly and did an awesome job in explaining issues with my thermostat. He went over prices and gave estimates. Made me aware of other services that Premier offered. Very pleased!!
