My old unit was installed rather shabby in my attic. Note this was a 30 year old unit and I've lived in the house for 10. Trent went to the local hardware store and brought back extra plywood so the new unit had a good base(old unit sat on beams). I consider that going above and beyond. Great service! Thank you, Trent!

Had a leak on my water heater. Called the office and set up an appointment for 4 o clock. I was planning on getting a couple of quotes, however the speed and professionalism earned my business. Probably could have found a cheaper option, but they were very fair in their pricing. They were able to come much sooner. Kevin did a great job of assessing the problem and giving me a few options. He offered to fix only the part that was broken instead of trying to push me to a whole new unit. Which I really appreciated! I knew the unit was near the end of its lifespan so asked how much and how quickly he could replace the unit. He had the entire unit switched out by lunch time. You want a professional and courteous company give them a call!

I’ve been using these guys for both repair and regular maintenance since I bought my house. Their maintenance plan pays for itself. Every technician has been so knowledgeable, professional and genuinely great to interest with. Brandon came out first thing this morning and was absolutely fantastic. Outstanding communication, super friendly and got my AC up and going in no time. Very highly recommended!! They also send a text with the name and photo of the technician before they come so you can feel very secure having them in your home.

I am so thankful for all of the help I received! The appointment was set up easily, even though it was a Sunday. Clay was the best! He took time to explain the situation and answer all of my questions patiently. He was polite, knowledgeable and organized. I will definitely use Brown’s when I need service again.
