Penguin Air responded in the best timing possible based on the current heat conditions and client requests in the Phoenix area. My technician was Chase Allen. He was extremely outgoing and very communicative on the issue found. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and explained the technical conditions of the failed components and options to get the system back up and functioning. Thanks Chase for cooling my 82yo aunt’s home from the sweltering 95 degree when he arrived. Finally he worked to review cost savings to be able to get all recommended components installed.

I had a handyman come and try to replace my kitchen faucet. That was a mistake. He made a mess of things and left me with no water. I needed a plumber asap. I called penguin and within the hour Jackson showed up and saved the day. He installed shut off valves for both the hot and cold water under the sink and even put in the new faucet! I'm so very very happy with the work he did. And he was fast and very knowledgeable. He got everything done in an hour while the handyman was here for 3 hours and just made things worse. I have a manufactured home and anyone that owns one knows that sometimes things are weird sizes but Jackson was able to take care of everything. I'm super happy with the work and the friendly nature of Jackson. Thank you so much!

Not our 1st rodeo with the Penguin Team....They are so reliable, we even enrolled in their affordable annual service plan. Periodic Preventative plumbing and electrical inspections, their staying way ahead of faulty parts and future costly repairs. Jason B. was PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend Penguin Air, Plumbing, and Electrical. We recently had issues with our AC unit, with our home reaching 92 degrees. The past 3 days we’ve had 3 other companies come and let us know that our AC was running fine. Jason B. was the only person to ask to check in the attic. Since he took the time to do so he was able to locate the problem and the AC in our home is running smoothly again! Penguin air is both reliable and affordable.
