I called day and night to replace my rooftop air conditioner when my old one needed a costly repair. The quote was higher than the other 5 quotes I received. I wanted a quality job so I went with the high quote because it included new ductwork. To my surprise I received an installation that no one would be proud of. They damaged my newly replaced roof on the 3 visits they had to come out. After the 3rd visit the ac unit stopped working an hour after they left. The conduit was not level as seen from the ground, the unit was not level, the ductwork in the attic was not supported and not fully sealed and leaking after the initial install. Forget the 24 hour emergency service the 1st time we had to use it they told us someone would be out the next day. Also the 10 year labor warranty included is a scam since you have to stay on the vip plan so they can continue to milk money out of you. Communication was poor after the sakesman left after signing the paperwork. I regret ever letting this company in my home. Run far away

Matt K. - Was very professional and honest. He echoed my same concerns when it came to ensuring our product warranty was maintained. He did everything to make sure that my comfort level was there. He installed the manufacturer recommended part to get the system back up an running. We are now enjoying the comforts of AC again.

Sergio and Francisco did an awesome job replacing our AC unit on the roof of our house. They were very friendly and I had no reservations about letting them into my home, the dogs loved them too! I highly recommend Day and Night. Mike came back a week later to follow up on a job well done.

This company was AMAZING! The sales guy, Buzz was so helpful and talked through all of my options, making sure I understood everything. Then the technicians Pike, Sergio, and Marco completed the entire install. Pike explained every step, how the new vents would be placed, and made sure the space was spottless after work was completed! He showed us how to use the new thermostat and laughed at my Husband's jokes. Very nice guy! Sergio and Marco were in the attic working on the duct placement and then helping with the crane service for the AC once they were ready for it. Their boss Kevin also stopped by to let us know about regulations and the process and to check in with his team. Overall an excellent experience with this company!!!

An excellent experience starting with the Comfort Advisor Brian Knoblock. He came up with a plan and a competitive bid that worked for me. He asked questions and checked things that companies didn’t. The install went smoothly, kudos to the installers Francisco Alvidrez and Luis Castilla for making it all work! On a day slated for 114 degrees, I sit on my Lazy Boy and adjust the temperature on my phone to 76 🤓 Great job by all!
