Todd and his apprentice Steve came by the house and assessed my needs and presented all of my options. After thinking about all of the information overnight, I called them back to install my new water heater. They where fast (2 hrs) and efficient and did a great job. I'd recommend them anytime.

Richard (Todd) came out to replace 2 toilets and did an excellent job and cleHe was very knowledgeable, detailed, and up front with pricing. He also replaced the kitchen spin and grin strainer, which was leaking. My husband had just bought a new disposal, but, was not able to put it in, because of his back and knees. "After 10 years of faithful service, my gas water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water. I found Plumbing Masters online and they were able to send someone out that very morning! We had a plumbing leak and our garage was flooded. We called around to a few plumbing services, but surprisingly a flooding garage was an important enough to have same-day service. We called plumbing Masters and the receptionist got appointment and confirm that appointment within a few minutes and Michael came within the hour. We thought this was gonna be an expensive fix, but Michael pointed out the leak in our tank, ran to get the part, and had everything fixed within the hour the price was extremely affordable, and the service was phenomenal. I don’t anticipate having major plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, plumbing masters will be my first call.

We called Plumbing Masters to get an updated estimate on a leaky bath tub faucet and kitchen sink. When Casey arrived and checked everything out we found out we needed alot more done than our original estimate. He suggested a solution to help us out in the long run which was installing a water softener system. Most of our issues was because of our hard water. He spoke to his manager to see how they could help us out with a great deal and lowered the price down within our budget which helped us out alot. He got started immediately & worked hard even after hours to get as much done as he could. He continued the job the next day and completed everything first thing the next morning. He installed the water softener system, a new shower valve, tub faucet & spout, completely new plumbing under the kitchen sink and a brand new kitchen sink & faucet. He replaced two valves on both toilets and also did our yearly water heater flush. He cleaned up all of the mess after and left everything looking amazing! Our new soft water system is so worth it! I definitely feel the difference and highly recommend it. Thank you Casey! We are so happy with your work. You did a great job on everything. Amazing service.
