We got our work a few months ago so I’m not sure of our electricians name. I think it was John Endeen. We were losing power to half our house over and over for hours at a time. John did resolve the issue by replacing the panel. But take a look at the size of the panel and the pipe beneath. As well as the eyesore or a ground. They added an extra $2000 while on the job because it allegedly wasn’t up to code. Idk if it wasn’t up to code because of the size of equipment he put in? I live in a patio home of about 2000 sq ft. This is industrial sized panel and pipe! All of this went down while I was at work, leaving my mom here to deal with it or I would have said something. Looks ridiculous! Did he resolve the issue? Yes. Do I think my mom was swindled and taken advantage of? Without a doubt. Look at all the empty breaker slots!

This was the most professional plumber I have ever dealt with! Jacob was amazing, honest, and told me exactly what to expect. He was very courteous and respectful of my home and time. I think, no I'm sure I have found my permanent plumbing professionals!

This company is a flaming disaster. Called for two issues and they sent a “plumber” who could not fix a leaky faucet requiring another visit to the same tenant occupied property the next day with a huge window of time. They want to charge nearly $80 more for a garbage disposal in a 2nd property. Very hard to reach anyone by phone and the person responding has no clue as to the issues so repetition is needed. Despite using them for 2 properties for over $8000 in plumbing work, I will NEVER use them again. Inept techs, poor communication and nutty pricing. VP would not offer any concessions for bad service and blame the customer for their mistakes. Initially sent me an invoice showing $0 balance. Then returned with a $611 bill with the comment "I was given bad information", so pay the inflated bill. They expect customers to pay for their "membership" services but will rip you off if you don't subscribe for EACH property. Stay far away....

I have been using GB HVAC since I moved into my house in 2020 and they were the first Google I got. They have been nothing short of amazing since Day 1. I complained about unbalanced air for a long time in the house. They came and reworked my entire duct system for pennies. They replaced my entire AC unit about 2 years ago and at 7pm tonight it was 10° hotter than it should have been in my house. I called the service and got a callback of 8-midnight, TONIGHT. The Tech came, the compressor overheated. Easy fix, no charge, 30 mins and it's already kicked back on. Brad was really AWESOME. I have a VIP service contract because this happening with dogs in the house, is my worst nightmare. Worth every penny. Thank you George Brazil for always being there when I truly need you!

If you’re ever find yourself thinking of calling George Brazil plumbing - don’t. I had a clogged drain and called them ( had ok experience before). An associate arrived and run the snake through the drain, but never checked the sink, which was clogged. He said that he can’t do anything further and called a supervisor - Jerry, who ran a camera and then informed me that it will be $14,000 to brake the tile and replace a pipe. I politely declined, and sent them away, and after that I was able to unclog the said sink myself. They never even looked at it! I called Jerry back and told him what happened, and he hung up on me. I informed their dispatch about it, and they were also rude and unprofessional. It really was a pirate operation - be careful out there with George Brazil! They will always try to take advantage
