Miguel & Chris came out to fix my main drain in the master bathroom. It was replaced before I purchased the home by another company and it was done poorly and has been leaking fir the last 9 years. Good thing we found the leak and repaired it properly. Great work guys!!! THANK YOU!!

Pancho was great ! Very personable. He took the time to explain everything. Great customer service! Update! We decided to get a new A/C unit and very happy that we went with Precision. They coordinated the installation perfectly. Kimberly at the office was great , she was so helpful. A.J and Ivan did the installation and went above and beyond reattaching my dryer vent pipe and fixing my T- top on roof. Unbelievable customer service! The whole installation went very smoothly from start to finish! What a great team!

After a very long day starting at 5:30 AM, Kris from Precision Air & Plumbing, Inc, ended his day at our home, arriving at 8:45 PM and quickly diagnosing a faulty capacitor in our upstairs AC unit. He worked with flashlights to get the repair done, while our upstairs temperature hit a new world record registering 96°. Repair was completed and it’s already one degree cooler! Thank you so much, Kris! And thank you, Precision Air.

Brennan did an excellent job replacing a leaking toilet that was original to the home and the plumbing in the wall, also original, leading to the toilet that was no longer working. He also went above and beyond checking are also very old RO system that was registering horrible levels of contaminants in our drinking water. Even pulling up a very interesting article with fact based evidence on just how horrible our Arizona water actually is. He also educated us on our soft water system. Just a great guy to have in your home performing repairs and installations. 5 stars! Clayton and his Lara et Jimmy I believe was his name did an excellent job installing our new RO system and our carbon filter on our existing water softener. It was also a pleasure having them do these installs. All 3 techs were also incredibly kind to all of our very curious animals constantly getting in there space. 🤣
