Bud was fantastic! He showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He didn’t just fix the problem—he took the time to share helpful tips to prevent future issues. It’s clear he knows his craft inside and out, and he’s not just about getting the job done quickly, but getting it done right. The whole experience was amazing start to finish! The women on the phone was delightful and very informative about what to expect. I got a call letting me know Aaron would be arriving soon. Once he arrived he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained the process so I could understand what was going to happen. Coming home from vacation, I went downstairs to find my basement flooded with sewage water. I didn’t know what to do and everyone I called couldn’t get to me for days. I called Omaha Drain and was connected with Justice. He called me right away and assured me that he was on his way. He arrived right on time, and didn’t waste time. Justice then went out of his way to diagnose the problem, without adding to the already major mess. He was very respectful and clean in doing so. After he diagnosed the issue and gave me multiple options on how to fix the problem with multiple price ranges not just the most expensive one. He walked me through each one thoroughly and explained it in a way that I could understand. Then after choosing the option that best suited us, which was an extensive project, he didn’t just leave us without a working plumbing system until the crew could come and get started. He got us up and running the best he could so we weren’t without plumbing the whole weekend. On top of all of that he went through and did something called a home inspection and informed us of a leak at our main shut off that could’ve flooded the whole house if it wasn’t taken care of. Justice was very thorough, caring and knowledgeable about what he does. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, I was very pleased with my honest service. I will be asking for him for any plumbing and maintenance needs in the future. Omaha Drain stands for quality work and service.

Excellent experience, Bud came out to unclog my kitchen sink he arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and was very professional. After attempting to unclog he ended up needing an assist with some different equipment. Dalton came through with what was needed. Both worked to make sure the sink was no longer clogged, explained the process, and the difficulties with the plumbing in my home, as well as recommendations of my issue reoccurs.

After being burned by a previous plumbing company, I was nervous to reach out to another when my flooding issues started back up - but I am SO glad I reached out to this Omaha Drain. Aaron and Brennan came out to help me with a rather large plumbing problem that turned into a pretty massive project. During their visit here, they really took the time to explain everything they were doing and what each thing meant and showed me exactly what I was looking at. When it came time to decide which course of action to take, Aaron sat down with me and went over each option thoroughly, and was very supportive when things became overwhelming. He really took the extra quality time to make sure that I was making an educated informed decision about what I wanted to do, and had all the tools to do so. Above all I appreciated his honesty with me. It was very evident to me that this company actually cares about the clients they service instead of saying or doing anything just to make the money. It was never a question in my mind the quality of work these guys do or the levels of integrity they hold themselves to. I am looking forward to getting this big project done knowing I can be comfortable and rest easy knowing AND trusting I am in the best hands! Thanks Aaron, Brennan and Omaha Drain!
