Metro Plumbing & Drains

We had a great experience with Metro. We had a water softener and water heater installed. Andrew and Richard were great. They explained and showed us everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. 5 stars would definitely recommend for all of your plumbing needs.

Excellent experience with Metro. Erica in customer service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, of which there were many. Fred came out to do the plumbing work. I had a number of projects, which he handled well and spent a lot of time making sure work was right and well done. Part of it was setting up a wifi sump pump system. He walked me through it step by step and made sure this tech dinosaur (me) had the wifi connection established before he left. Very happy with the whole experience.

I have a new plumber now... Metro. I had an issue unfortunately at 4:00 p.m. on Friday of the memorial Day weekend. After speaking with 9 or 10 (no exaggeration) different "24/7 emergency plumbers" who could fit me in 4 days later on Tuesday, Metro came to my rescue. Fred came out early the next morning. He patiently answered my many questions about the issue I was having. And he fixed my issue! I did pay a $250 emergency fee, but it was worth every penny. We often celebrate the doctors, nurses, firefighters etc who care for us on nights weekends and holidays, but for real we need to give more credit to the hard-working plumbers and other service people who come through for us when we need it. Thanks to Fred, my water was restored, I didn't have to take camping showers all weekend, and my holiday weekend was salvaged. Thanks Fred (and Metro).

Our landlord had Metro Plumbing & Drains come out to fix a leaking sink and non functional toilet. William was our plumber, he was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He replaced the shut off to the sink and even helped clean up the water that had been leaking for days. He made some adjustments to the toilet and now it works again. Thank you William!!
