Ed was our service tech for this visit and while our unit was old and ended up needing to be replaced he was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond getting us a new heater the same day and making sure we weren’t going without hot water. I definitely recommend Metro for all you HVAC and plumbing needs.

Luke and Cody of Metro Heating and Cooling installed new Boiler 6/12/25. They were there at time stated, careful with removal of old Boiler, bringing in new Boiler, answering questions, personable and very professional with installation, what to know as owner and did a really great job for us! We felt confident with their tradesman knowledge, experience and service provided! Eric provided estimate with answers upfront and same confidence going into installation! Metro has done work for us in past and they will when time for serving get the call again. Thank you!

Ben and Matt did amazing work installing our heat pump today! They were so professional and careful - particularly with the established plants and trees in the garden! They were extremely polite and so patient with all my questions. They made extra efforts to make sure I understood the operations of the equipment and all the useful features! They were really respectful of my property and left their work areas clean and in good order. I would strongly recommend them! They are wonderful ambassadors for Metro Cooling & Heating!

I had a great experience with Metro. I discovered i had a leaking pipe in the basement and got an appointment the next day. Richard was very polite and extremely knowledgeable and explained all of the options available. He also answered a bunch of questions about other plumbing issues I am looking to have serviced in the future. Overall, working with Richard was a very pleasant experience and I'd highly recommend working with Metro if you have plumbing needs.

Metro replaced hot water heater and water softener. Communications were prompt, technician was on time and professional. Work was completed timely and looks great with the copper piping. Would recommend Metro!
