Apollo does great work, but it comes at an inflated premium cost. They replaced my furnace, A/C and copper piping 2 years ago. The cost was well above competitor estimates. I bit on it because they built it up to do it next day. Recently, they contacted me for $59 A/C tune up that didn’t even include cleaning off the cottonwood. Basic! I was not impressed at all! They wanted an additional $280 to remove cottonwood and what I would consider routine maintenance. We said no way to $334. Deans Home Service was at our house a week prior for other electrical and said it's really easy to clean yourself. Absurd a company like Apollo doesn’t include this in an AC Tune-up? I believed they checked the fan for this tune up. You can almost always count on an upsell and inflated estimate from this company. Get 3 estimates. You will be pleasantly surprised at the price difference. Apollo does great and fast work but, in my opinion, they are overpriced. What would you pay to clean/dust cottonwood off your AC? 100 bucks max according to google AI Overview.

I would not recommend Apollo Heating, Air & Plumbing. We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed in July 2025 and have had nothing but issues since. The AC wouldn’t work right after installation, stopped working again just 7 days later, and now 6 weeks later it has broken down yet again. The installation didn’t even pass inspection. On top of that, the attention to detail was poor. They replaced our thermostat with a newer model, same dimensions as original, but offset it by about half an inch, leaving a mark on the wall that now requires repainting. When we asked for it to be aligned with the old one, the technician was visibly unhappy about the request. Another example: they used the wrong wall thickness for the furnace exhaust tubing, which is a serious mistake and shows lack of care in the installation process. Customer service hasn’t been much better. When we called about yet another failure, the woman at the desk casually said they “wouldn’t charge us this time” — as if we should be paying for problems caused by their poor installation in the first place. Overall, very disappointing experience—poor workmanship, failed inspections, repeated equipment failures, and unprofessional customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go with another company.

All of the technicians were polite, helpful and provided top notch service. I had both the furnace and AC replaced as the old units were too worn to be repaired. Mike and Dennis arrived at 8am and by 5 pm the work was finished. They walked me through pointers and what to look for while the appliances were operating. I have the highest praise for both of them and the other folks from Apollo and recommend Apollo without reservation!!!

Went on line filled out the schedule appointment info, got text within a half hour to set up time work done. They came out the next morning assessed the issue, gave me options. They delivered the water heater set it up. Answered all my questions. Great service.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Apollo! The service on the phone and at my house was top notch. We recently bought a house and had a tech come out to drain my water heater for maintenance. They walked me through everything so I was knowledgeable about my system and all of my options. I will definitely be contacting them again for any maintenance needs!
