Luke's Plumbing & Air Conditioning

“Outstanding” is all I can say about Luke’s Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Well, maybe more than that. 😉 I’ll start with the initial phone inquiry. The gentleman who picked up the call on an early Friday evening was helpful and got me a much-needed appointment for Greg to come visit my condo the following morning. So getting someone out in less than 24 hours scores big points! As for Greg, he was highly professional, yet affable - and obviously very good at what he does. For me, my ask was taking out and replacing a couple of under-sink p-traps that would no longer work for the new countertops with sinks. Greg quoted me a fair price, and I immediately gave him the job. After going back to his warehouse to get some supplies and parts, Greg returned and made the replacements in no time at all it seemed. The new p-traps reached the sink drain pipes, and Greg connected my new faucets to finish the job. (Check out my “before and after photos.) So thank you Greg - and thank you Luke’s! Well done. You have earned an opportunity for repeat business if a future need is required.

I called first thing this morning with a concern about a sink that kept on flowing up with water to the point where it was going to overflow soon. They got me in within the hour! I was so relieved. I really don't have the best luck with service people/companies so I was a little nervous. I'm happy to say that I received Wonderful top notch service from Joe and Luke today. Both gentlemen were very respectful of my home and were very patient with all of the questions I was asking. It ended up being a AC condensation related issue. They fixed it in a jiffy and recommended what I needed to do in the future to prevent it from happening. I was worried about water flowing into my AC pan and even though Joe said that there shouldn't be a problem with it, he was kind enough to go upstairs to check it out... lo and behold there was some water in it. He saved the day! I have vertigo so it's kind of hard for me to go up to high places without getting dizzy. Very kind gentleman and I look forward to working with them in the future since they will now be my new plumbers!

Jason came out and inspected a pipe I had concerns about from a previous repair from another plumbing company. He didn’t try to upsell me on unneeded services/repairs and gave me long term suggestions for my home. This is the second time I’ve used Luke’s plumbing, and the company has been very honest and has saved me hundreds of dollars already. They have earned a customer for life in me, and I’d recommend them to any of my family and friends with plumbing needs or concerns.

Jason came promptly in the morning to assess and fix our water line burst. The work was good, he was knowledgeable, and gave me a few tips that was helpful. Pricing seemed good, and could have been on the higher side but Jason gave me a reasonable quote. Overall I had a good experience with Jason and Luke's Plumbing. I would recommend again!
