They arrived earlier than they promised ( let us know an hour before) The device tech Michael was excellent, very thorough with what was wrong and our options. He replaced the water softner quickly & efficiently. We are extremely happy with their service we received.

Staff were very nice, from calling to set up an appointment to job complete. Manney and Garret were very professional, answered all my questions and I had a lot, and the price I was charged was 1/2 if what other companies came up with. I would highly recommend John Henry’s to anyone needing electrical done. Thanks for a great job well done

One of the things that I love about using John Henry's is that I don't have to hunt down anyone for anything I need to have done. One of the biggest items I've always had an issue with was finding a reliable electrician. Manny recently came by and installed a ceiling fan and 9 other light fixtures to get my home updated in the manner I wanted. The service is fantastic and inexpensive. What's more, THEY call YOU when it's time for your furnace or AC to be serviced each year. You want your house vents or dry vent blown out, they do that too! I can't tell you what they DON'T do, because I haven't come across that yet. 😊

WONDERFUL COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Our AC went out and they came right out to diagnose the issue. Come to find out (very quickly I might add) the last AC company that serviced our home (Standard heating and air) did not put wiring back correctly. A wire nut came off and literally was touching the other wires and was sparking when he opened the panel. How our house didn’t burn down I don’t know but I am EXTREMELY thankful they found and fixed this issue right on the spot. Very reasonably priced and they have a really great service plan also that I think we may sign up for. Very appreciative of this company. Russell was our tech and he was phenomenal. They even send you a text, a photo of the tech that’s coming and you can follow their location so you can see exactly when they are coming!!!! They call when they are around 30 min out. I just can’t speak highly enough about them. Definitely will always use them in the future!!
