expert, professional
honesty
Jacobs Plumbing installed a new gas water heater at my house in December 2024. Ever since the installation, I thought I could smell gas. I finally called the business 30 days later to check to make sure there was no gas leak just to be on the safe side. A plumber came that afternoon and checked and said there was no gas leak. I thought that was the end of it. 15 days after that check, I got a bill in the mail for $145. When I called the business about my concern, I mentioned when the water heater was installed. I was never told that I would be charged to check an installation that was RECENTLY DONE, either by the receptionist who took my call or by the plumber that came. I called the office complaint about the bill, the receptionist told me that she would ask her boss if they could write the bill off. They ignored my call, even not a little bit of courtesy to call me back. I didn't even have the receipt after the water heater installation was done. I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with this business. I would not recommend Jacob Plumbing from the experience I have had with them.
Did a great job replumbing our house after tornado. But recently charged us a lot of money to "fix" our tankless water heater. It still doesn't work and no one there seemed to know much about tankless. But call them for most anything else.
First get the quote before you ask them to fix anything as you don't want to see the big bill as a surprise. Never seen anyone in my life this expensive. Just to fix water pressure and leaky toilet (which eventually I fixed myself as didn't dare to call them again), they charged $455..
I received expert professional service from knowledgeable worker's that went immediately to task after performing an expedious and thorough assessment ...I was extremely and completely satisfied with the service rendered.
They are the most honest people we have ever worked with. On top of that, they do excellent work
It is recommended to obtain a quote before requesting any repairs from Jacobs Plumbing to avoid surprise bills and ensure transparent pricing.
