Horrible experience. They came and snaked a drain in my water heater closet in my garage. He worked for 5 minutes then told me I owe $199.00 I paid it and went back inside. 15 minutes later, I heard a loud noise in my garage and went running out to see gallons of water gushing out from the same closet. I immediately called Herman's again and she said she would send them back. The guy comes back, my garage has 2 inches of sitting water, he opens the closet door and said he didn't do anything to cause the problem. I started screaming and said I was going inside to call his office. I'm waiting on hold for 5 minutes and walk back out to my garage, they are gone. Supervisor finally answers and says he already talked to the worker, says they didn't do anything wrong and I better not cuss or he'd hang up on me. He sends out a 2nd crew to fix the issue and says he won't charge me for the 2nd visit like he's doing me some kind of favor. They reattach my expansion tank and leave me with gallons of water on my garage floor that have ruined a throw rug, Christmas stuff, art work etc. I left a message for the owner yesterday and he hasn't returned my call.
Came out the same day I had an emergency. Cassidy fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone.
They knew it was a all day service and they sent someone out at 1pm to waste my time. What was the point for him to even come out.Thanks for leaving me with no air conditioning at 96 degrees weather.
WOW WHAT LIFESAVERS! Was being jerked around relentlessly by my property management company over a flood upstairs and these dudes came to the rescue! What a great and professional team. Will use again if I ever have more shenanigans w this house. I really liked how fast/ reliable they were (they came 3 hours early which was amazing) and how they explained everything in a simple manner to where I could understand exactly what was going on.
Haven't actually used them but it made me happy when I saw their work van with the sticker, "you are enough"
