Noah came out to see why my AC wasn't working. He checked The inside and went outside and checked that unit. That unit is two years old. He then came in to tell me and show me pictures.Where the wiring on this brand new air conditioning unit had caught fire. It seemed one of the Parts had exploded basically and dripped a thick acid product onto the wires. It got so hot.It burnt a hole in the cover. My house is right against that panel. He was Very knowledgeable very Kind and Made sure I was aware of all of my options. The customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable and very kind.Would one thousand percent recommend this company if you are in need of any a c repairs or diagnosis.
Brett and the whole A&T team are exceptional. Their customer service is always helpful, polite, and responsive. Their techs are honest, friendly, and skilled. I've especially appreciated their willingness to educate me on my services and help me understand how I can take proper care of my home and systems. Very few companies (not just HVAC) excel at professionalism, communication, and helpfulness the way that A&T does. I'm very thankful to have been referred to them. -Nate M.
We are currently in the process of having a pool installed on our property. As part of this project, our pool contractor planned to run water to the pool house—intended to include a full bathroom, kitchen, and shower—by tapping into our main sprinkler line. As healthcare professionals and medical practice owners, both my wife and I are highly aware of the health and safety risks associated with using non-potable water (such as that from a sprinkler line, particularly when sourced from well water) for domestic use. This raised an immediate concern for us, as this setup could pose a serious contamination risk and would likely violate building codes related to safe plumbing practices. We brought our concerns to the contractor, and he agreed to have the manager of the plumbing company come out to evaluate the situation. Initially, the manager seemed to lean toward supporting the contractor’s approach. However, when I asked whether the setup would pass a formal inspection, the manager acknowledged that it would not. He stated that an inspector would not approve the current plan and further emphasized, in front of all present, “I will not put my name on this or risk the company’s liability.” I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the plumbing manager for his honest and professional opinion regarding the water line issue for our pool house. His willingness to speak up and prioritize safety and code compliance truly stood out. Additionally, I want to recognize the entire team working on our pool house. These guys are incredible—hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely honest. Their dedication and integrity have made a lasting impression on both me and my wife. We feel confident in the work they’re doing and deeply appreciate their commitment to doing things the right way. Based on our experience so far, I would absolutely recommend this company. It’s rare to find a crew that not only works this hard but also holds such high standards of professionalism and integrity. I also want to share a word of advice for anyone building a pool: always double-check your contractor’s work and don’t be afraid to ask questions or get involved in the process. I know some contractors may not love being challenged, but your involvement could save your family’s health—and prevent costly mistakes down the road. Trust your gut, speak up when something doesn’t feel right, and surround yourself with professionals who value safety and integrity. We’re grateful we did.
Surprise slab leaks are devastating to home owners! Joseph and Mike were quick to respond to my situation and provided an estimate way below the other companies I got quotes from. I was given many options for the job scope as well as an offer for financing. They were able to get to my job on the schedule immediately. Ross, Juan, Tony and the rest of the crew who were rerouting my plumbing in the attic went above and beyond on this job. It was 98° outside so I can only imagine what it was in the attic! Even under these harsh working conditions they were all very positive and professional with one another - they made a great team!. From start to finish they were extremely kind and courteous to me and kept me informed through the whole process. I couldn’t be more impressed!
As a first-time homeowner, it can be a daunting task of finding an HVAC company. I had a few companies come out to give me quotes and explain what they thought of the system I had (it was original from 2005). A&T Mechanical was superior to all of the other companies I had come out in terms of being honest, provided proper recommendations and sizing, and informed me of everything up front with no unexpected hidden costs. The initial appointment had Randy, a phenomenal sales guy, and surprisingly Jessica, the company's CFO come out to do the inspection. They were very friendly and accommodating to my concerns of the current system and how to improve it. It caught me off guard to see the CFO come out but that made me understand the importance of their customers to them. I told Randy that I would not be immediately purchasing as I had some research to do, and he never once tried pressuring for a signature. I reached out later that week and signed the estimate as it was the best price around (not to mention they made me feel that I was in good hands (and no this isn't Allstate - its A&T) The HVAC guys were professional and steered me in a different direction for one of my rooms which I appreciated. They explained each step as I bugged them for information (thanks for putting up with me). During the process I had questions that Randy and I talked about during the initial visit and a simple text later to Randy and things were on the straight again. As a first-time homeowner and first time getting something like this done, I applaud A&T for their professionalism and overwhelming customer service to make things go super easy and comfortable for me. Because of this I also have scheduled some plumbing work to be done next week by A&T (this review will be updated then). I will highly recommend A&T to anyone that has HVAC and plumbing issues going forward. There is a reason they have over 1k 5.0 reviews!!
