I appreciate Air comfort solutions sending out Alex to install new parts on my AC system. He answer all my questions I had I appreciate him taking his time explaining each question I had while installing my new parts. So far I am satisfied with all the work Air comfort solutions has done in the past month, especially their plumping service! I called someone from air comfort solutions again, to come back out to check out my AC. Dustin found the issue then fixed it. It’s good honest workers like Dustin that gain my trust to fix what was wrong, and Because of Dustin I will leave it at a five star. I was not charged for the service.

Steven - Commercial Service Manager was absolutely amazing!! Our AC stopped working at our Salon and he came out same day late in the day!! I honestly didn't think they would even be able to fit us in the same day!! He was so quick and had the AC working in no time!! The air felt so good!! Also the customer service department that answered the phone was so nice and helpful!!! She answered the phone very welcoming and ready to help! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Austin called before arrival, showed up quickly thereafter and was very thorough and fixed our problem relatively quickly and then did a system check to be sure everything was running within parameters and was very informative while doing so. He made sure to explain everything the check reported and what he himself found and repeated those findings to me several times to make certain I understood what,.if anything, needed to be done next. Thanks Austin for saving my family from another 96° house.

We used Air Comfort Solutions because we didn’t have water for 5 days and our basement flooded. They came out the same day and was great at communicating when I had to leave for awhile. Amanda the representative came in and we explained what was going on, showed her a picture, and she immediately knew how to fix it. She climbed into the crawl space under the house and tightened a loose pipe. She was extremely honest and told us we didn’t have a problem instead of lying and charging us a load of money like other plumbers have! We will 100% be using them again! Thank you Amanda

This is my second review. We had them come and clean a sewer pipe and run a camera to detect more problems. Even though the service they performed was ok the estimate for the repair was very high. Supposedly the camera detected a breakage and the cost to repair was going to be anywhere from 5 k to 15 k worse case scenario. We had a second individual come over and he dug where the problem was and run a camera. There was no leak, no pipe break or anything of the sort. So for anyone who can read this review, get a second opinion of someone who is honest and trustworthy and save yourself some money.
