Airco Service

I was approached at Lowe’s for a promotion by Airco for A/C system service. I agreed seemed great priced. well when the tech came out, nice guy, very professional. But he, I guess had issues getting my unit back together, cut my wires to the motor and did some damage to my condenser fins around the entire unit, supervisor came out and had it working, a week later my unit blew a fuse to my junction box due to a short. I called Airco they came out same day, then I saw the “repair job” they just used wire nuts and a lot of electrical tape to reconnect wires, which probably shorted out due the rain and blew my fuse in the junction box which ironically was also broken. I told the tech “ this needs to be properly repaired, this is a fire hazard” and he told me it’ll be $450 just to fix the junction box and around $1000 for a new rewired motor. I said no your tech did this and I’m not paying for his damage. I thought we had an agreement, I scheduled for Airco to come out, had an appointment confirmed, and I was no showed. When I called Airco the tech had said “I was refusing to pay” and they canceled my appointment without notifying me. Very very disappointing and I’m still left with a damaged unit which I’ll have to pay an electrician to fix the wiring to not to standard repair.

Wonderful company they came and put in a new ac untin as soon as ours went out, it went out on a holiday weekend and they gave us a loaner window unit to get us by while they fixed everything. Now they're installing our new hot water heater they're so courteous to the whole house even my two crazy kiddos that kept getting in their way. They even put down a red carpet to protect our carpet from their feet and equipment. I'm blown away by their service, professionalism, and friendliness. Top notch company would recommend to a friend and use them and only them in the future

Shop around before you do business with this company, I had a brand new unit installed on April 28th and was charged $18k. The technicians left a hole in my ceiling after replacing a vent and I had to call to have them come back to patch it up and the unit hasn't worked properly since it was installed. I’ve had 3 technicians come out 6 or 7 different times all giving me different diagnostics-saying the unit is leaking refrigerant and they don’t yet carry it because it’s too new, then blaming my the heat from my attic crawl space for making the house hot, to blaming it on whoever installed it. Zac, the tech who was here last said I had every right to be upset and to call and complain.I’ve called and tried to speak with someone about my experience and no one has called me back. This has been a headache and if I had to do it all over again I would have taken my business elsewhere and probably saved a couple $$$$. I would not recommend this company.

Kristian has serviced our dryer duct twice now. After having that done by another company in the past it needed a lot of work to correct the previously completed subpar work. After his initial cleaning and fixing the dryer vent duct a couple years ago this visit was quick. He does an amazing job and so glad he was the one that was able to perform the service again. Its refreshing to see an individual that truly loves his job and that shines through in the quality of the work he does. Hes was pleasant to work with and his demeanor and professionalism have earned a customer for life. It was super easy to call and get scheduled, dispatch got us worked in for a date/time that fit out schedule.

Chance Willliams came to service our air conditioner today and I couldn’t have been more pleased with him. He was so knowledgeable and respectful and explained everything to me so I understood it. I have been with Airco for 15 years and have been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this company!
