Jacob Nix was courteous and friendly. He explained the needs and directions I needed to go to myself and family. I appreciate how he handled my insecurities. Financially, the plan appears reasonable for payment. I forgot to ask when the due date is and how the payment will be done. If someone can get back about this, I would be thankful. Randall Christian did a wonderful job. He was professional and informative with what to expect. The family was comfortable while he and his worked around children and animals with always a pleasant word. Thank you.

Horrible experience. The rep Zack came in wasn’t there for maybe 10 minutes and diagnosed that I needed a water heater for $3600 and he can give me $100 off discount. I am letting him know that there’s water on the floor come to find out I had another rep from a different company come out and it was a leak from a pex. Be careful with these companies just trying to get your money for stuff that you don’t need.picture is of the replacement from another company.

Crystal did an outstanding job. She was very fast and she made us both feel very comfortable. We are a bit older & deal with social anxiety. (Even when we are at home, but dealing with an in-home repair!) So, instead of feeling stressed at a stranger in our home, we both really enjoyed getting to know her.
