The gentlemen who helped me were awesome. Very professional and courteous. Very patient with all of the questions and requests I had. Jose was able to unclog a secondary drain a previous plumbing contractor could not and was timely in sending me my invoice, future repair estimate, and media of their findings. I appreciate these guys and would definitely recommend their services.

I can’t say enough good things about Halo. I had an emergency situation, and called five plumbing companies this morning before calling Halo. None of the others were able to offer same day service. I spoke with Angie at Halo at about 8:45 AM, she got me scheduled for today between 11-1, texted as promised 30 minutes before the technician’s arrival, and José and Joshua showed up prepared to work. They made me feel comfortable and confident they would resolve my problems today, and they did. I would recommend them highly and without reservation. They were professional, courteous, respectful of me and my home, and now that they are done I can relax!

Jose and his team did an amazing job replacing our sewer. They were very professional and communicative and performed the work quickly with as little disturbance as possible. I'd highly recommend using them!

I’ve used Halo Plumbing twice this week at separate properties. Jose was the plumber who came out the first time. I could not be present for the test but he called me several times from the job site and kept me informed. I was in a time crunch to have a leak detection test and Halo made it happen. Today Jair was the plumber. We could not find a clean out and he ran a camera from three different wet areas in order to get a full picture of the plumbing lines. He found some areas of concern. He was able to show me in real time what the issues were and drew a diagram for later reference. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. I have used them now three times in my real estate business. They have been invaluable in providing my clients with critical information and they have been able provide these services next day.

I called Halo to confirm if we had a shower leak. Jessy was quick to respond and did a thorough investigation of the issue. He was able to quickly uncover where the leak was coming from, provided referrals to help move the process along and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. His prices were fair and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.
