Alex and his crew were amazing. My condo was built in 1978 and the galvanized piping was leaking. I contacted several companies, but Alex was the only one who provided a comprehensive assessment of all the repairs/re-piping that needed to be done. He started work immediately and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He was punctual, professional, organized, and efficient. He even responded during the weekend when my neighbor encountered an unexpected issue between our water lines. He also referred me to a wonderful gentleman for sheetrock and painting once the re-piping was done. I am so appreciative that I was referred to Alex (by another established and highly rated plumbing company who was unable to perform the work). HIGHLY recommend! I'll definitely contact Alex again for plumbing issues in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with First aid plumbing. I needed to get my rental property serviced while having a tenant in the building. The plumber was exceedingly competent and communicated at multiple times of the estimated charges and also provided a video to show the situation to me.
